Terms & Conditions

It is a condition to receive services provided at Rehab Plus, that you, the client agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, you will not be able to receive services from us (Rehab Plus).

By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge that:

  • You (the client) have read the information provided carefully
  • You agree to giving fully informed consent to receive the services offered at Rehab Plus
  • You are entering a legally binding agreement with Rehab Plus

Packages | Purchasing agreement

Treatment Packages

Our treatment packages are a one time purchase, available for new and exisitng clients. Packages are offered in accordance to treatment plans provided by Rehab Plus and the acting service provider. The packages are non-refundable and non transferable, as a whole. Each pack has an expiration date which comes into effect from the date of purchase:

  • 4 packs – 5 months
  • 6 packs – 8 months
  • 10 packs – 12 months

We understand things happen in life and there may be extenuating circumstances that may arise, such as injury, hospitalistaion and the like. It may also be the case that we (Rehab Plus) cannot fulfill the agreement within the specified time frame due to limited bookings, availability or otherwise. As such, all of our treatment packages have a maximum roll-over of 1 month. To receive an extension thereafter or for any other reason, you must advise Rehab Plus in writing via email, a letter from your GP, specialist or treating therapist may be requested. Extenuating cirumstances do not cover holidays or trips away, so please consider these when purchasing packs. Rehab Plus reserves the right to refuse an extension and no refund will be provided for any unused credit.

Packs offered by Rehab Plus are not subject to consumer laws in relation to vouchers as they are genuine discounted offers. Packs are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Credit is applied to the client file and services are deducted at each visit. If you do not use the full amount within the specified time frame, your pack will expire and will not be refunded.

Training Packages, Train & Treat Packages

Our training packages and train and treat packages are a one time purchase, available for new and exisitng clients. These packages are only available as 12-week commitment. The packages are non-refundable and non transferable.

We understand things happen in life and there may be extenuating circumstances that may arise, such as injury, hospitalistaion and the like. In this instance, you must advise Rehab Plus in writing via email, a letter from your GP, specialist or treating therapist must be supplied. Extenuating cirumstances do not cover holidays or trips away, so please consider these when purchasing packages.

If we (Rehab Plus) cannot fulfill the agreement within the specified time frame due to unforseen circumstances, limited bookings, availability or otherwise, we will endevour to compensate as required. This will not be in the form of a refund, your package may be extended, or an alternative service may be offered.

Cancellation, Reschedule, Late arrival, No-show Agreement

This agreement relates to any cancellations, reschedules, late arrivals and no shows for appointments. We understand things happen and strive to do our best to accomodate, however, late notices of any of the aforementioned make it highly unlikely for us to fill the spot in due time which is unfair to staff but also other clients seeking our services. This agreement is in place to protect our staff and ensure other clients do not miss out. We have a number of options that may work better for both parties (you and us), so please read the following carefully:

Cancellations

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations can be made via email, phone or text. A cancellation link is also provided in all appointment confirmation emails sent at the time of booking, so you have full autonomy to cancel the appointment online, yourself, within the time frame specified. The link will not work if it is less than 24 hours to your appointment.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will need to be communicated to Rehab Plus via email, phone or text, social media communication. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a:

  • Verbal reminder of the cancellation agreement (1st time)
  • 50% of the service fee (2nd time)
  • 100% of the service fee (anytime thereafter)
Reschedules

To reschedule any appointments, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be provide in the same manner as stated above. Any reschedules wihtout 24 hours notice will be deemed a cancellation and any cancellation fees will be applied accordingly (as stated under Cancellations).

Late Arrivals

To ensure there are minimal disruptions to our services and other clients, any late arrivals will not result in additional time being provided and will incure the full service fee.

No Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the service fee will be charged. This will be payable to Rehab Plus through Bank Transfer. You may be asked to pre-pay your next appointment before your booking is accepted in future. Rehab Plus reserves the right to refuse services if the agreement is not met – if the no-show fee is not paid within a suitable time frame (7 days), or pre-payment is not made.

Packages

Packages will adhere to the same cancellations, reschedule, no show agreement as above. The fees will be automatically deducted from the packs in accordance to the agreement.

Repeats of cancellations and reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, or repeat no shows, may result in the refusal or services without upfront payment, or refusal of services altogether at Rehab Plus. Any outstanding invoices for any of the above will need to be paid in full as per the agreement you have entered upon booking an appointment or package. Any invoices not paid will be in breach of your agreement under the Australian Consumer Law and appropriate action will be taken.

Send Someone in Your Place Option

We also offer a ‘send someone in your place’ option as we would rather have our appointment spots filled with someone else who may benefit from our services. If you can’t make your appointment, and would rather not see it go to waste, you may send someone else in your place to help us fill our spot and you do not incur a cancellation fee. Please note, there are two options available and the second party must be informed by you, that:

  • If you allow them use the session from your pack: the fee will be deducted from your pack and they will have to pay the gap fee for the one-off service cost. eg. you have a pack of 6x60mins at the rate of $110 per session, $110 will be deducted from your pack and the second party will incur a fee of $20 (if a new client under intial consultation -$130) or $10 (as existing client under follow up consultation – $120).
  • If you do not wish them to use the session from your pack, the second party will have to pay the full one-off fee for services provided, any package discounts will not be applied to them.
Cancellation by Us

If we are unable to provide a session previously booked, we will provide you with notice of cancellation as soon as possible. The session will not incur a fee and will not be deducted from packs. Any extensions to packs will be applied accordingly. We will endevour to find a solution you are happy with, however, no refunds will be provided.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
