Strength & Conditioning is suitable for all individuals, no matter your age or ability, as it focuses on creating better movement patterns, increasing overall fitness and health. It can help with everyday life scenarios – from elderly clients working on mobility to put shoes on with ease, to athletic development – increasing training efficieny and preventing injuries allowing for sport-specific or career progression.

Our coaches are compentent in various forms of training including ASCA Strength & Conditioning, Athletics, Powerlifting, Mobility and Bodyweight training. We also work together and learn from one-another to ensure we provide well-rounded training programs.
Rehab+ also offers:
- Athletic development and sport-specific training
- Sprint training and running
- Rehabilitation – post-injury, post-surgery and return to work, life or sport
Our Training Packages
Online/Remote Coaching
This is suitable for those with a base level of training knowledge, looking to advance their training with a structured program and guidance to progress in their goals.
What’s included:
- Tailored 12-week program
- Fortnightly check-ins to ensure the program is doing what it’s intended, make adjustments where necessary
- Continued support and video analysis of form and technique
Hybrid Coaching
This is suitable for individuals who want an online program but still want access to the coach’s personal eye to gain more technical experience and form adjustments as they go.
What’s included:
- Tailored 12-week program
- Fortnightly check-ins with program adjustments where necessary
- 1:1 personal training sessions included (once a week)
- Continued support and video analysis of form and technique
