
Rehab is Training
Training gets the long-term results, helps improve and maintain muscles mass, bone density, overall fitness and health. We use our knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning, athletics, powerlifting, and other forms of training, to aid individuals in their personal or atheltic goals whilst incorporating rehab specific exercises as required.
Rehab is a part of training, not a separate entity, our goal is minimise disruption to your life, sport or otherwise while getting results. If you have an existing training program or regime, we will add into or adjust that in accordance to your presenting injury or issue. We strive to work with you and coaches to help you get back into the things you love.
We analyse movement patterns, technique and form to identify any areas which you may be struggling with in training, or that may need improvement in order for you to achieve your goals.
Our Programs
Our programs are specifically, individually tailored to each person based on what you would like to achieve, preferred training, and takes into account any injuries or limitations and so forth. They are suitable for all levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced. More than one coach may be involved in the programming, as we all work together to maximise results based on your needs.
Rehab+ offers:
- Athletic development and sport-specific training
- Sprint training and running
- Strength & Conditioning
- Rehabilitation – post-injury, post-surgery and return to work, life or sport
* We offer a 12 week minimum training block to ensure a full meso-cycle can be achieved. Results don’t happen overnight.

Our Training Packages
face-to-face
This is suitable for those just starting in training to elite athletes.
What’s included:
- 1:1 session – plan given on the day based on goal of session
What can you gain from this:
- No lock in contract – session is based on your needs, so can be done as a one-off with no additional training program.
- Improve or learn new technique and movement patterns
Online/Remote
This is suitable for those with a base level of training knowledge, looking to advance their training with a structured program and guidance to progress in their goals.
What’s included:
- Tailored program: 6 weeks minimum required
- Check-ins and program adjustments where necessary
- Continued support and video analysis of form and technique
What can you gain from this:
- Train in your own time following a program built for your goals
- Increased confidence with exercises, technique and movements
- Ensured progression in training
- Help from your coach as you need
Hybrid
This is suitable for individuals who want an online program but still want access to the coach’s personal eye to gain more technical experience and form adjustments as they go.
What’s included:
- Tailored program: 6 weeks minimum required
- Check-ins and program adjustments where necessary
- 1:1 personal training session included once a week
- Continued support and video analysis of form and technique
What can you gain from this:
- Face-to-face session working directly with your coach as well as online program to do in your own time
- Increased confidence with exercises, technique and movements
- Ensured progression in training
We also encourage the use of our manual therapy sessions as a preliminary form of assessment to identify, address and reduce any muscular tightness, weakness, imbalances, or compensations, and throughout your training to reassess as you go along and reduce the risk of injury.
This ultimately improves movement patterns, strength and mobility, but also to keeps your body happy. We offer a Signature Train & Treat Package.
